Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes schedules need to change. To ensure smooth operations and respect everyone's time, the following cancellation policy is in place:
- **No-Show or Late Cancellations:** A 50% cancellation fee will be applied for any no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
- **Late Arrivals:** If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the full service cost.
